Since the whole Plymouth Student project wasn't funded from the beginning and relied on advertising sales to pay for the cost of printing etc, we held most of the meetings at my house. By maintaining the itinerary with the help of the agendas, we worked between my dining room and bedroom, using laptops and allowing for visual aids in the form of posters on my wall.
Throughout the whole process of creating the magazine, Simon Rawling took pictures as evidence.
