The Team

At the beginning of the Plymouth Student magazine, I had the task of choosing who I thought would want to get involved in the project and be reliable and a good team player. There were many people in my class at the time that I thought of as good friends, but through experiencing their work ethic when doing university projects, I was able to tell if they would be suitable to be involved.

In the end, the team I chose was down to seven and myself;

Simon Howe: Editor's Assistant & Web Designer

Stuart Williams: Designer

Alex Thomas: What's On Guide & Media

Jessica Hamley: Fashion Editor & Designer

Jamie Pearce: Writer & Designer

Everyone was clear on their roles and through the agendas and various tasks set, everyone was clear about what responsibilities they had, what deadlines were put in place for various articles etc and that I was available at all times for help and advice.
