As part of generating content for the fashion pages, myself and Simon Rawling went on a couple photo shoots to get images of clothes we'd bought from local charity shops on models. Myself and Simon both knew a few people who could be good candidates for the shoot, and went about contacting them to see if they were free and happy to do so.
It was quite a struggle to tie down people to a day of photography, mainly with women (I was under the impression a lot of girls don't actually have the confidence for it), however, through my friendship group I was able to get in touch with Becka and through knowing him through college, myself and Simon got in touch with Tom.
It was a lot of fun, and we managed to take a number of photographs in a series of locations within the city. With help from Simon, we were able to get the picture we both wanted for the layout. This meant lots of communication between myself, Simon and the models, as well as input during the design stages from Jess, the fashion editor.
